You use our Services when you use our website ( or download and use our application (Koochoo) or you engage with us in other related way(s).

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy choices are respected and that the information that we collect from you, about you, or about your use of the Services, is reasonably protected (at least in accordance with any applicable laws).

Koochoo is an educational platform designed and built to help children ages 3 to 7 learn to read using a custom, dynamic and personalized method that automatically identifies and focuses on each child’s individual needs.


Personal information
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register to receive the Services and when you use the Services or otherwise when you contact us.

The personal information that we collect is:

Your email address
Your username
Your password

We do not process sensitive information such as information concerning your health.

Information collected automatically
Information about your visit, use, or navigation of the Services is automatically collected, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, user-specific data, and other technical information. We collect and log this information to maintain the security and operation of our Services and to enable the provision of our Services to you as intended.


Your collected personal information is processed for a number of reasons, including:

i) To facilitate the creation of a user account, including authentication, and to otherwise manage your user account;
ii) To deliver and facilitate the delivery of Services to you;
iii) To respond to your inquiries or provide support to you;
iv) To send any applicable administrative information to you;

If you have subscribed to marketing or promotional communications from us, you can unsubscribe from them at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe button or link in the emails that we send you in this regard. You will be removed from these marketing or promotional lists after unsubscribing.

Your user account
You can, at any time, review or change your personal information in your user account or delete your user account by logging in to your account and selecting the appropriate actions as applicable.

We will delete your account upon your request and remove your personal information from our active databases. We may, however, retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with appliable legal requirements.


If you reside in the State of California, as defined in the California Code of Regulations, you have certain rights and we have certain obligations regarding your personal information.

Inferences drawn from any of the information identified in this subdivision to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, preferences, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities and aptitudes – NO

Why is it collected?
The aforementioned information is collected to deliver and facilitate the delivery of Services to you or automatically when you use the Services.

We may also collect and/or use other personal information in the event that you voluntarily choose to provide us with such information when you contact us or make certain inquiries or requests.

We are entitled, in our sole discretion and at any time, to correct, restore or delete information that is inaccurate or incomplete.

Do we sell your information?
We do not sell your personal information but we may use your personal information for our own business purposes.

Do we disclose your information to third parties?

One Share Wonders Ltd. has not disclosed (or sold) any personal information to any third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months and will not sell personal information belonging to our Koochoo application or website users in the future.

Your rights
1. Deletion. You have the right to request that your data be deleted. We will delete your personal information if you ask us to, subject to any applicable exceptions, including our inability to verify your request, for certain business security practices, to comply with certain legal obligations, or to allow us to exercise any of our legal claims or rights or defend against any legal claims brought against us.
2. Information. You have the right to know whether we collect and use your personal information, the categories of personal information that we collect, the purposes for which the personal information is used, whether such information is sold to third parties or disclosed or sold for a business purpose, the categories of third parties to whom the personal information was sold or disclosed for a business purpose and the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information. We are no obligation to provide your personal information if we cannot verify your request, your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, or we have already provided you with your personal information more than twice in a 12-month period. We are also unable to provide you with sensitive information, such as your account password. If disclosing your personal information would restrict our ability to comply with any of our legal obligations, exercise any of our legal claims or rights or restrict us from being able to defend against any legal claims brought against us, we will not disclose such information to you.
3. Non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights. However, if you refuse to provide your personal information to us, or ask that we delete your personal information, we may be unable to provide Services to you as a result.
4. Verification Process. We will need to verify your identity upon receiving any request from you to determine whether you are the person who you claim to be and the person about whom we have information. Such efforts require us to provide information so that we can match that information with what you previously provided to us. We will only use personal information provided in this regard to verify your identity or that you have the authorization to make the request in question. Additional information may be required if we are unable to verify your identity with the information that we already have or for security purposes or the prevention of fraud. Any such additional information that we obtain during the verification process will be deleted upon the completion of such process.
5. Other Privacy Rights. You may object to the processing of your personal information or you may ask to restrict the processing of the information. You may request a correction to your personal data. You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the applicable legislation on your behalf. However, if we are unable to verify the identity of such agent or if such agent is unable to satisfy us that they retain valid proof of such authorization, in accordance with any applicable legislation, we retain the right in our sole and absolute discretion to deny a request so made.
